Sean Darrow, P.T., D.P.T.

Physical Therapist

Sean graduated from the University of Louisville with a B.S. in Ecology in 2011. After a few years racing bicycles he attended the University of Kentucky’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program graduating in 2016. Life brought him to Alabama where he specialized in post-operative rehabilitation for 6 years. He moved to Vermont in 2023 and has been working for Dee PT since the Spring of 2024.

Sean’s treatment style is to observe painful motions and use education and modifications to make these motions painless. This often allows clients to continue their activity without taking time off. Sean has a special interest in post operative orthopedics and rehabilitation of rock climbers. However, he loves helping clients return to pain-free work, sport, and other activities. He employs a fusion of manual and movement system-based approaches to mitigate pain and restore function.

When not in the office Sean enjoys being a self-described “summer camp athlete.” His favorite activities include rock climbing, fly fishing, mountain biking, stand up paddle boarding, cross country skiing and backpacking.
