Sierra Martin, P.T., D.P.T.
Sierra values meeting each patient where they are at and gaining a holistic picture of the patient to inform their PT experience. She combines addressing identified impairments limiting a patient’s function with the patient’s personal goals, experiences, and expectations. Sierra works to empower each patient to have autonomy, confidence, and the tools to have a focal role in their recovery, their health, and optimizing their quality of life.
Sierra graduated from the University of Vermont Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in 2021. She then pursued and completed a Neurological Residency at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA where she worked in the acute care setting and outpatient setting with patients with neurological disorders. Sierra has extensive experience working with patients with strokes, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, vestibular disorders, Parkinson’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and other neurological and neurodegenerative disorders.
Outside of work Sierra enjoys hiking, running, rock climbing, mountain biking, and traveling.
