Leanne is a physical therapist that is residency-trained and a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) with special interests in post-operative rehab, sport-related injuries, and running analysis. As a former gymnast and volleyball player, she enjoys treating individuals of all activity levels, including sport-specific athletes and weekend warriors. She considers the patient as the expert of their own bodies and pain experience, and aims to empower people to achieve their goals by providing education on the inherent strength of the human body and guidance on movement re-education. She utilizes advanced manual techniques, Integrative Dry Needling, and specific exercise to optimize movement throughout the entire kinetic chain. She is also the site coordinator of clinical education for Dee Physical Therapy (SCCE). 

Leanne received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico. She then attended the University of Vermont where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2020. During her time as a resident with the Johns Hopkins Hospital and George Washington University Orthopaedic Residency Program, she had the opportunity to teach Doctor of Physical Therapy students at the George Washington University.

Outside of work, Leanne enjoys running, hiking, traveling, and being outdoors.
