At Dee PT, we work with employers, employees, and case managers to provide optimal care and functional retraining of the injured worker. Treatment addresses acute pain symptoms and uses a variety of techniques to promote soft tissue healing, while ongoing functional retraining is occurring. We can assess job capacity and help to modify and progress work restrictions based on the individuals objective testing while in PT. Our goal while the employee is undergoing rehabilitation is to allow the employee to continue to have some work capacity, whether it be light duty, or decreased hours, if needed, and to progress their work capacity as indicated until they are back to full duty.
