You want to feel better and you need a warm quiet pool to accomplish this. Welcome to Dee PT’s aquatic therapy pool at San Remo drive. The 8 x 15 foot Endless Pool with it’s adjustable current and varying depths from 2 to 6 feet deep , is the perfect place to rehabilitate or train for your next triathlon. It is a separate room with private shower and plenty of sunshine with privacy window treatments.

Our staff is fully qualified in the latest treatment techniques of aquatic therapy. The water is at a steady 88° for your comfort and ease of movement. The pool is set partially in ground with easy in and out via it’s 20 inch above ground ledge.

Treatment for any and all sports and orthopedic conditions will benefit from aquatic therapy. Low back pain, post operation for spine, shoulder, elbow, hand, hip , knee , foot and ankle surgeries have all benefited greatly from our aquatic therapy program. In fact a few treatments, for each diagnosis, in the pool, has shown more rapid recovery in therapy.
Competitive swimmers can use the pool on a per use fee, to work on their swim technique, alone or with their coach. We are proud to hold seminars in Total Immersion swim technique taught by TRI TEK coaching. Check out our Synergy Fitness Programs section for ongoing courses you may want to attend.
